By the number of coins you currently hold (quantities count; disposed coins don’t). Pick the tier that fits today and change it any time.
Nothing is deleted. Premium-only views are hidden and, if you are over 100 coins, you won’t be able to add new coins until you are back under the limit.
Premium is optional and collectors are welcome to support the project beyond their tier — contributions fund catalog curation and price data.
